We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support growing project demands and ensure consistent, high?quality delivery across our client base.

You will be the central point of coordination between internal engineering teams, clients, and key stakeholders. Youll manage multiple ongoing projects from award through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables stay on track while maintaining strong communication and accountability.

What Youll Do:

• Own full project lifecycle from kickoff to delivery
• Manage and coordinate internal project teams of 38 people
• Interpret and manage construction documents, drawings, and plans
• Build and maintain project schedules
• Use Excel and tracking tools to oversee budgets, timelines, and commitments
• Act as the primary client contact, setting expectations and communicating proactively
• Hold teams accountable to deadlines and quality standards
• Lead with a process-focused, organized approach instead of firefighting

Functional Skills:

• Project management experience in construction, precast, or similar industries
• Strong scheduling & planning capability
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to read construction & engineering drawings
• Highly organized and detail oriented

Preferred Background:

• Degree in Construction Management or Project Management
• Experience in precast or related construction environments
