Encompass Health - - Responsibilities: Maintain complete and accurate medical records for patients using appropriate labeling system.; Accurately/efficiently transcribe medical orders and distribute to other disciplines as needed.; Act as a helpful resource for patients, families, physicians, and visitors at the nursing station.; Coordinate unit operations to optimize the delivery of safe patient care.; Schedule tests, appointments and transportation as needed in a timely manner.
