They are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to be the operational partner to the Founder/CEO, responsible for translating vision into execution by building scalable systems, teams, and processes. This leader will drive operational excellence across media, product, and growth initiatives, ensuring quality, culture, and mission remain uncompromised as the company scales.

What You'll Do
• Lead the scaling of a successful media business and the launch of a consumer motherhood app
• Be obsessed with product market fit and be adept at building sophisticated sales funnels to aggressively market and sell digital and consumer products
• Get into the weeds daily, pivot quickly, solve problems with precision and speed and wear as many hats as needed to scale the mission and business.
• Build and run world-class operating systems that support rapid, thoughtful growth
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent; set a high bar for performance, output and integrity
• Create clarity, accountability, and momentum across teams
• Protect quality, values, and trust as the company grows
