Job Objectives:

As a key member of our team, you will effectively set up, troubleshoot, and operate packaging lines and equipment to ensure the production of high-quality products in compliance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and GMP standards diligently.
• Set up and operate various packaging machines (including Labeler, Cartoner, Bundler, Case Packer, Lens Caser, and more).
• Maintain a steady supply of components to production equipment.
• Conduct line clearances and manage sublot changeovers efficiently.
• Perform accurate and thorough Quality Inspections and document findings.
• Complete data entry tasks related to downtime and standard yield.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Position Scope:

This role focuses on the effective setup, troubleshooting, and operation of packaging lines to produce quality products.

Qualifications and Training:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of one year in a manufacturing position, preferably within packaging, is desired; alternatively, a degree or manufacturing certification may be acceptable.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong reading and math comprehension abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A collaborative team player.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions.
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Outlook, Excel, web applications).
• Experience with PLC machinery is a plus.

Shift Details: 3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Note: Availability to train on 1st shift for up to 3 months is required.

Pay starts at $19.00 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential.

This position is based in Greenville, SC.
