The Senior Director of Data & Analytics is the enterprise leader for all analytics, data engineering, data governance, and advanced insights at Mindr. This role drives the development and execution of Mindr's data strategy across all departments-including Finance, Recovery, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Compliance, Human Resources, and Engineering-supporting all Mindr businesses, including Breathe Easy Insurance, Intoxalock, Keepr, and RecenTHC. The Senior Director leads a growing team of data professionals and serves as a strategic advisor and technical authority on business intelligence, performance forecasting, enterprise reporting, and the enablement of advanced analytics. This leader is responsible for the organization's data architecture, governance, and integration strategies.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

1. Lead enterprise-wide reporting and analytics for all Mindr business units, delivering insights aligned with strategic goals.

2. Guide performance measurement frameworks that surface opportunities to increase revenue, reduce spend, and streamline operations.

3. Act as the organization's chief data storyteller, providing insight that fuels strategic, data-driven decisions.

4. Lead the development and maintenance of internal data pipelines, architecture, and integrations with on-prem systems and cloud-based tools.

5. Fill gaps where IT capability or resourcing is limited, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and efficiency across platforms.

6. Build models and analytics solutions that help optimize pricing, production, marketing efficiency, and operational workflows.

7. Partner with functional leaders to measure the ROI of initiatives and identify levers for profitability.

8. Deliver reporting and forecasting tools that highlight waste, inefficiencies, or unrealized margin potential.

9. Drive annual budgeting, production forecasting, and the setting of sales, marketing, and operational targets in partnership with Finance and Business Leadership.

10. Build forward-looking models to inform resource allocation, goal-setting, and long-term strategy.

11. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary analytics team including a Director, Senior Manager, Senior Analysts, and Analysts.

12. Drive analytical maturity throughout the organization and build internal capability through mentorship and enablement.

13. Develop and enforce enterprise data governance standards, ensuring consistency, privacy, and compliance.

14. Implement processes and frameworks to improve data integrity and accountability across systems and departments.

15. Identify and champion use cases for predictive modeling, automation, and AI-driven insights.

16. Lead the exploration and prototyping of AI/ML solutions with measurable business outcomes in mind.

17. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and senior stakeholders on all matters related to data, analytics, and performance optimization.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

1. Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field required.

2. 15+ years in data and analytics, with progressive responsibility across functions and departments.

3. Demonstrated experience owning analytics, reporting, and data engineering initiatives in complex environments.

4. Proven record supporting executive leadership with forecasts, planning models, and strategic insight delivery.

5. Deep knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or equivalent for data analysis and automation.

6. Expertise in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and data integration platforms.

7. Experience with modern data architectures and managing on-prem and cloud data solutions.

8. Successful track record of growing and leading cross-functional teams.

9. Strong communication and executive presence; ability to align technical work with business goals.

10. Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with short-term execution needs.
