Position Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Support Specialist, or Pet Host, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, creating memorable experiences for both pets and their owners. Your responsibilities will include assisting with check-in and check-out processes, scheduling reservations, and providing tailored service to meet our clients' needs.

A Day in the Life:

Arrive at work with enthusiasm, ready to greet our pet parents and their furry friends. You will manage our lobby and curbside service by welcoming guests, responding to inquiries, handling transactions, and, of course, interacting with adorable pets. Expect to take on a variety of tasks, from answering phones to ensuring cleanliness, all while embodying our playful and professional culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all guests are treated with respect and kindness.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
  • Manage the booking of boarding, grooming, and daycare reservations.
  • Handle cash, check, and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by remembering their names and pets.
  • Gather and accurately input client and pet information into our systems.
  • Collaborate closely with staff to address any client and pet concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of services to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure the facility meets cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Act as a liaison between pet parents and veterinarians during emergencies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Adhere to all safety and operational protocols.
