Salary Range: $28-$34 per Hour On W2

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, where you will play a key role in fostering relationships with key customers and external partners to drive account development aligned with our commercial strategy. This role involves integrating operations and supply chain areas into the overall customer management process, from strategic planning to in-season execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management
• Experience in customer service or account management
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate operational capabilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Lead teams and customers to achieve mutually-agreed operations plans
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence capability development and service offerings
• Monitor and manage performance against service level agreements
