We only have three rules at Chuy's. We can teach you the rest.

1. Rule #1 Do everything you can for the customer.
2. Rule #2 Keep the restaurant impressively clean and organized.
3. Rule #3 Have FUN!

Our home-made tortillas are one of the reasons our customers LOVE Chuy's. You impress every guest while making our corn and flour tortillas from scratch every day. You help welcome our guests to Chuy's by making fresh tortillas hot off the comal and keep them coming back again and again!
