A company in Greenville is seeking an experienced candidate for a temp-to-hire Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will have several years of high volume payroll experience and some exposure to ADP.

Responsibilities:

• Process full cycle multi-state payroll
• Compiles payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance, and 401(k) deductions
• Review employee time sheets and verify the information for completeness and accuracy
• Process weekly transfer of payroll data for direct deposit to payroll system.
• Compile internal management reports from payroll system software.

• 1 - 3 years of high volume payroll experience
• Exposure to ADP a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail

• $27 - $28/hr
