HR Generalist / Manager in Spartanburg, SC

Compensation: $90,000 $100,000+, with flexibility depending on experience

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist/Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations and support our employees and leadership team. This role owns the full HR function, from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, benefits, and compliance. This role is with a Manufacturing company so any experience working within engineering or manufacturing company will be a big plus.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and new-hire onboarding
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations and HR guidance
• Manage compensation, benefits, and performance programs
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
• Ensure compliance with EEO and employment regulations
• Maintain HR records, reports, and organizational documents
• Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and employee engagement

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• PHR/SPHR certifications are a plus
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
