Call Center - CSR - Hybrid Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 19.50 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 06:00pm)
  • Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and support.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, identify solutions, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold company service standards.

Call Center - CSR - Hybrid Qualifications:

Successful candidates must complete mandatory, full-time training.

Duration: Approximately 4 weeks in office

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a related customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
  • Strong data entry skills, including alphanumeric data entry, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic phone demeanor.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and quickly learn new software.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
