Overview

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our production team at our facility in Simpsonville, SC. This isn't a "light box" warehouse job-you'll be moving heavy-duty masonry products in a fast-paced, outdoor/industrial environment.

What You'll Do as a Forklift Driver:

• Move pallets of finished cinderblocks from the production line to the storage yard and onto flatbed trailers.
• Organize stock by type and strength, ensuring the yard remains navigable and safe.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections on your lift (checking fluids, hydraulics, and tires).
• Navigate tight corners and high-traffic areas while maintaining awareness of pedestrians and machinery.

Skills and Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) and a noisy industrial setting.
• Exceptional spatial awareness-cinderblocks are heavy and brittle; precision is key to preventing breakage and maintaining a safe work environment.
