ACD Connect is hiring for a Part Time Remote Call Center Agent. This position has the potential to lead to Full Time for the right candidate.
The Call Center agent's position handles answering incoming calls from customers, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service issues, and provide general information. You will be a primary contact and will be responsible for assisting callers in completing donations online and over the phone.
