Evening Shift Material Handler

Become a vital part of our team as a Material Handler, where your contributions will help ensure efficient material movement and bolster our production efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage material flow by receiving, retrieving, and distributing components for production.
• Perform essential warehousing tasks including loading and unloading trucks as well as preparing outbound shipments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment such as Hi-Racker (Turret), Sit-Down Forklift, and Palletizer.
• Utilize ERP Lx and RF units for precise material transactions and component issuance.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be a Certified Forklift Driver with a minimum of 1 year experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment.
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as Pallet Jacks and Turret Trucks is highly desirable.
• Experience in a Manufacturing or Distribution Center environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (ERP Lx) is preferred.

• Strong reading and math skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative team player.
• Basic computer skills including MS Outlook & Excel and comfort with web-based applications.

Shift Details: 2nd Shift | Monday through Friday 3:30pm-12:00 midnight

Compensation: $18.50 per hour plus a $0.75 weekend shift differential.
