This position is remote, but would ideally like the candidate to reside around the Columbus, OH area for in office training purposes.
Be a part of a team focused on patient care through after hour calls to support our entire five state franchise (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia).
We have one full-time position available. Our call center is open Monday through Friday 5pm to 8:30am during the week, 24/7 during the weekend, and holidays. Our 2nd shift is 5pm to 12 midnight and our 3rd shift is midnight to 8:30am. Schedule is on a rotation with set schedules, 2 days off in a row, and working Saturday or Sunday, but not both days. Open availability during 2nd & 3rd shifts and weekends is helpful. 8 to 10 hour shifts. Training is during the day 8am to 5pm for the 1st week or so.
Our Customer Support Specialist has been called to care in their own unique way. As part of the Interim HealthCare's Customer Support Center team, you will provide positive customer experiences by answering incoming calls, after hours, in a timely and efficient manner to support operations throughout the company.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine purpose of the calls.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experience.
Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment
Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department.
Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results.
To qualify for a Customer Support Specialist with us, you will need:
Ability to work 2nd & 3rd shift, weekends, & holidays
High school diploma
One (1) year experience in customer service, ideally call center experience
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload.
Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
Proficient in software programs and be able to navigate between computer systems.
Ability to sit in front of computer for long periods of time.
Travel is required for training to Worthington, OH office
