Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Merchandising and Stocking Associate! This role is essential in keeping our sales floor area well-stocked, organized, and inviting for customers. You'll have the opportunity to interact with customers, assist with their needs, and help maintain our high standards of presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise.
• Check in, price, and organize stock efficiently.
• Ensure product displays are full, fronted, and clean on a daily basis.
• Implement display changes according to company guidelines and planograms.
• Update pricing and maintain sale signs effectively.
• Support stock adjustments, cycle counts, and manage overstock returns.
• Collaborate with management to complete store tasks and ensure a secure shopping environment.
• Participate in housekeeping duties for backroom and installer counter areas.
• Assist with pulling and staging parts for delivery in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Required: Strong organizational skills and aptitude for handling number sequences.
• Desired: Previous experience in stocking, ability to drive a manual vehicle, and bilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
