O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers; Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice customer orders, direct efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery; Route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders in a consistent and timely manner; Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and ensure returns are tagged/labeled correctly; Assist on front counter and retail counter as needed
