Job Details

We are seeking an Industrial Equipment Mechanic to repair and maintain electrical construction equipment, including customer repairs, refurbishing for resale, and warranty work. This role covers electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, as well as fabrication and modifications.

Job Details

• Pay: $23/hr (may increase for the perfect candidate)
  
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial construction equipment
  
• Service, replace, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components
  
• Fabricate parts, weld, cut, and install metalwork (MIG welding, plasma cutter)
  
• Use electrical testers to safely check power, fuses, breakers, and switches
  
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
  
• Assist with equipment files, maintenance logs, and warranty claims
  
• Read and interpret manuals, drawings, and technical bulletins
  
• Monitor parts and supply stock for cost-effective inventory

• Experience in repair and maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  
• Technical training in equipment repair or equivalent combination of training and experience
  
• Ability to read technical documentation and schematics
  
• Strong attention to quality and equipment readiness
  
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform stooping, bending, and walking

• Work safely and ensure coworkers do the same
  
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely (training provided)
  
• Use required safety attire and equipment
  
• Maintain neat and organized work area, including floors, shelving, and workstations
  
• Report defective tools or equipment to the Manager for repair or replacement
