Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain Sterling Integrator / B2B Integrator (IB2BI) Business Processes (BPs), service configurations, adapters, and routing rules to support end-to-end EDI integrations.
• Build new maps and update existing maps using Sterling Map Editor, ensuring accurate translation between EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, flat files, and IDocs.
• Configure and manage Trading Partner setups, communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN, OFTP2), and document routing in SI.
• Troubleshoot complex SI processes, including failures in pipelines, document routing, service calls, communications, queues, and maps.
• Monitor system logs, message flows, BP logs, and dashboards to proactively identify and resolve integration issues.
• Work closely with business teams and ERP support teams (Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc.) to analyze EDI-related issues and deliver accurate, timely fixes.
• Manage new partner onboarding, including requirement gathering, mapping development, connectivity testing, and production cutover.
• Support all EDI translation and document flow across multiple protocols and formats, maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Create and maintain documentation for BPs, maps, partner setups, and other artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth EDI operations across the enterprise.
