If you have hands-on maintenance experience and enjoy solving problems, this is a great opportunity with stable, full-time hours and strong benefits.

What You'll Do:

• Apartment set-outs & clean-outs
• Minor repairs & general maintenance
• Appliance repairs
• Basic HVAC work (preferred, not required)
• Light plumbing, electrical & carpentry

What You Need:

• Previous maintenance experience
• Own tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily
• Strong work ethic & reliability
