The Financial Data Specialist provides financial data management, analysis, and reporting support to Senior Financial Management, Group Logistics Managers, and Logistics Managers. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and usability of financial data to support operational decision-making, financial reporting, and compliance.

Additional Responsibilities:
Strong ability to analyze, validate, and interpret financial data
Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data for all levels of the organization
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple data and reporting requests
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to partner with leaders ranging from Vice Presidents to shop Service Managers
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field required
Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or Financial/Data Analysis preferred
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
