PrideStaff - - Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Expertly set up and operate CNC press brakes, shears, and other specialized metal bending and shaping machines.; Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and technical drawings to determine correct machine settings and material requirements.; Quality Inspection: Perform continuous quality checks using precision tools, such as tape measures and calipers, to ensure every part meets customer specifications.; Material Handling: Manage materials efficiently through the bending process to minimize waste and maximize production flow.; Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to 5S initiatives and all company safety protocols.
