Job Description
Title: Sales Support Representative
Location: Pasadena, TX 77503 (Onsite for training; eligible to transition to remote after training)
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hire Type: Contract (4 months, potential for conversion based on performance and business needs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and order support
- Prepare and track quotations and proposals
- Review customer specifications and coordinate with internal departments
- Maintain proposal documentation and workload tracking tools
- Support sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline tracking
- Compile sales reports and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of customer service, inside sales, or sales support experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
