Overview: • The position is part of the HR Service Center team, which handles a wide range of HR-related inquiries from internal employees. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to HR-related inquiries via the HR Service Center via email, phone, internal app, and in person. • Input and manage high volume of data in SAP and other HR systems. • Responsible for handling/maintaining confidential information. • Provide support in a service-oriented customer support center. • Handle sensitive employee interactions with professionalism and empathy. • Maintain a customer-focused approach and a willingness to help others. Work Environment & Schedule: • Onsite, desk-based role with headset usage. • Service Center hours: Monday - Thursday @ 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM/Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM. • Must be flexible to occasionally work outside standard hours, including: o Early morning onsite hours on Wednesdays (starting at 6:00 AM) on a rotating basis with team members. o Flexibility required a few times per month. Required Qualifications: • Strong customer service skills and ability to manage conflict. • Comfortable working in a customer support center environment and speaking on the phone regularly. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail. • Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to technical tasks. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with SAP. • Experience completing I-9/e-verifies. • Experience working in a customer support center environment. • Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred.
