Openwork is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Journeyman/Millwright position in Taylors, SC. As a Journeyman/Millwright, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and fixing industrial machinery. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this Journeyman/Millwright job include:

• Machine setups and breakdowns.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot and run PMs on machinery and equipment for repairs and upkeep.
• Run milling machines, drill presses, manual lathes and surface grinders.
• Maintain safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Welding experience.
• Use of calipers and micrometers.
• Basic math skills.

Great 1st shift schedule working 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday with weekends off paying $26-32/hr depending on experience.
