Quality Technician / Quality Inspector - Simpsonville, SC

Recruiting Solutions is hiring a Quality Technician / Quality Inspector for a manufacturer in Simpsonville, South Carolina (Greenville County/Upstate SC area). This is a full-time, 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity offering weekly pay, consistent overtime, and long-term career growth in quality and manufacturing.

• 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM-4:00 PM (some Saturdays required)

• Full-time hours with overtime potential

• Inspect finished metal racking components using measurement tools such as rulers, calipers, and micrometers

• Inspect incoming vendor materials and accurately document findings

• Record, track, and organize inspection data using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Communicate quality concerns clearly with production staff and leadership

• Maintain clean, organized inspection workstations

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Prior experience in quality, inspection, or manufacturing required

• Ability to read and use standard measurement tools (rulers, calipers, micrometers, etc.)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy

• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work regular overtime to increase weekly earnings (approximately 10-15 hours per week)
