Job Description

Lead preconstruction efforts for projects ranging from $10M-$60M. Handle local bids for projects $10M-$20M independently. Collaborate with VP of Upstate office and Preconstruction team. Develop accurate pricing and documentation for CMaR and Design/Build projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with local subcontractors. Present cost estimates and proposals to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Preconstruction Manager / Estimator should have:

  • Extensive CMaR experience in the Upstate market
  • Deep knowledge of local subcontractor base and pricing strategies
  • Strong background in ground-up K-12 educational and hotel projects (industrial experience considered)
  • Ability to work independently and lead preconstruction efforts
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
