We're looking for an early career or junior technical support professional who's excited to grow into Operational Technology and Manufacturing Systems. You don't need prior MES experience-we'll train the right person.

In this role, you'll support and learn our Manufacturing Execution System (MES), work with IT and Engineering teams, and help keep plant systems running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Support users and troubleshoot basic system issues in our MES environment
• Help manage users, terminals, printers, and barcode systems
• Learn how shop floor systems connect to manufacturing and business operations
• Assist with data, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
• Work closely with IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams

• Entry level or junior experience in IT support, systems support, or a technical role
• Associate degree (or higher) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field-or equivalent experience
• Strong problem solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with users in a fast paced environment

• $30-35/hr.
