The Senior UX Program Manager will lead and support user experience research initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This role involves planning and executing end-to-end research studies, analyzing findings, translating them into strategic insights, and supporting the design process through workshops, storytelling, and continuous user engagement.

Experience:
1-3 years of qualitative design research experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with varied projects.
Experience driving tangible outcomes in a qualitative design capacity.
Experience in usability testing, heuristic evaluation, task analysis, surveys, persona creation, journey mapping, and field research.
Experience with usability studies, contextual inquiry, survey methods, and co-creation workshops.
Experience using AI tools in the research process.
Responsibilities:
