SAP Business one - Remote - USC only

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration :

1. • Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SAP Business One, including project planning, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
   • Customize SAP Business One modules to meet the specific needs of the business, including Financials, Sales, Inventory, Production, and CRM.

1. Business Process Analysis :

1. • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvements based on best practices and SAP Business One capabilities.
   • Work with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and translate them into SAP Business One solutions.

1. System Integration :

1. • Integrate SAP Business One with other business systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
   • Utilize tools like SAP B1if (Business One Integration Framework) to facilitate integration tasks.

1. Training and Support :

1. • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to end-users and administrators to ensure successful adoption of SAP Business One.
   • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Business One systems, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular system health checks.

1. Reporting and Analytics :

1. • Design and develop customized reports and dashboards using SAP Business One reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports and SAP HANA.
   • Provide insights and data analysis to support business decision-making processes.

1. Upgrades and Enhancements :

1. • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
   • Stay updated on the latest SAP Business One features and functionality, and proactively recommend improvements.

1. Documentation :

1. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, business processes, and user guides.
   • Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

1. Education :

1. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

1. Experience :

1. • Proven experience as an SAP Business One Consultant, with expertise in implementation, configuration, and support.
   • Strong understanding of business processes across various functional areas, such as finance, sales, inventory, and production.

1. Technical Skills :

1. • Proficiency in SAP Business One, including customization, configuration, and module integration.
   • Experience with SQL databases, SAP HANA, and Crystal Reports for data management and reporting.
   • Knowledge of SAP Business One SDK and development tools for creating custom extensions and integrations.

1. Soft Skills :

1. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
   • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

1. SAP Business One certification(s).
2. Experience with cloud-based deployments of SAP Business One.
3. Familiarity with other SAP products and modules, such as SAP Business ByDesign or SAP ECC/S4HANA.
4. Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques.

1. Understanding of industry-specific business processes and requirements.
