Overview
We're seeking a Sr. Applications Analyst to support and optimize healthcare application platforms, including EHR/EMR systems and operational tools. This role partners with clinical and business teams to improve system performance, support implementations, and ensure applications align with real-world workflows.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a senior support and optimization resource for healthcare applications
• Troubleshoot complex issues and partner with vendors and internal teams on resolutions
• Configure, enhance, and support clinical and operational systems
• Support system upgrades, implementations, and new feature rollouts
• Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to improve workflows and system adoption
• Provide guidance, documentation, and support to end users and junior team members

• 5+ years supporting healthcare applications or EHR systems
• Experience with EHR implementations, configuration, and support
• Strong understanding of clinical or healthcare operational workflows
• Comfortable working directly with end users and going on-site as needed
• Self-directed, collaborative, and solutions-oriented

• Specialty or ambulatory healthcare experience
• Workflow, integration, or reporting exposure
• Experience supporting multiple systems or multi-site environments
