Shift: N2: Wed., Thur., Fri., Alternating Sat. 6:30PM-7:00AM

Join a cutting-edge coffee roasting and pod packaging facility where your expertise will play a vital role in our success. As a Maintenance Lead, you will oversee the performance of our equipment and guide a team of skilled maintenance technicians in a state-of-the-art automated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a strong safety culture with a goal of zero injuries, leading safety meetings and audits, and ensuring compliance with safety training.
  • Ensure product quality by implementing a right-first-time approach, conducting layered process audits, and leading corrective action initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively across various departments to minimize unplanned downtime and enhance machine reliability through effective maintenance practices.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, training, development, and recognition of your team.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team that meets established operational goals.
  • Lead effective communication and meetings to support site operations and maintenance planning.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and treat all staff equitably while adhering to company principles and policies.

Total Rewards:

  • Salary range: $76,400 - $120,000
  • Bonus eligible

Requirements:

  • 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with at least 4 years in a manufacturing leadership role, ideally within food and beverage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop solutions using available data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with comfort in group presentations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Aptitude for effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with manufacturing data systems such as SAP.

Physical Requirements:

  • Majority of time will be spent on the manufacturing floor with some computer work.
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance and regularly lift lighter weights.
  • Occasional travel required, and flexibility to participate in off-hours meetings.
