Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, averaging 6080 daily, while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date patient records and information.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently to meet patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively in an office environment to ensure seamless daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in patient scheduling or related administrative roles within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong ability to assist patients with registration and service inquiries.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, handling high call volumes.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and processes, including patient registration.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
