Manages multiple aspects of the patient's customer service needs. This may include but is not limited to receiving consistent inbound and making outbound calls to address patient billing questions, accept patient payments by phone, and provide payment solutions for balances that are $100.00 or more. Processes credit card payments for patients and insurance companies and upload to the appropriate system. The company may also delegate other assignments that are not mentioned above. Assignments will fall within the scope of the current position or the individual skillset.
