Position: EVV Agent

Location: Remote in Texas

Position Type: Full-time Remote/Virtual Position: Yes

This is a fully work from home opportunity. Call center experience is required for consideration.

Shift: Monday Friday Hours: 8am-5pm CST

Bilingual skills in Spanish strongly preferred

Be the best EVV agency you can be if you meet these qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience required
• Analytical: able to resolve some complex or non-routine situations.
• Able to use email to send clear and accurate communication with their counterparts in the branches and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and resolve inbound customer calls
• Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills are necessary for success in this role
