As a Restaurant General Manager, you will have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program based on your restaurant's performance, which is paid out every period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage profitability by adhering to cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory levels, managing labor, and analyzing financial reports for informed decision-making.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Ensure a clean restaurant environment and that a friendly team delivers a great guest experience with high-quality products.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in the food service or retail sector, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand, and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver in tight spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Restaurant General Managers will receive competitive compensation commensurate with their skills and experience. The specific compensation will be discussed during the hiring process, with expected starting ranges for new hires in various locations:

• State of Maryland: $53,000 to $58,000
• State of New York: $55,000 to $60,000
• New York City: $65,000 to $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 to $58,000
