Project Management Coordinator

Location: Hybrid – Columbia, SC

Duration: 12+ months (contract)


About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support telecommunications and wireless infrastructure projects. This role will assist in managing customer deployments from application entry through construction completion and closeout, ensuring timelines, documentation, and cross-functional coordination are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage one or more aspects of customer deployment projects across multiple applications
  • Support projects from system entry through construction completion and closeout
  • Coordinate activities related to:
  • Structural analysis
  • Site acquisition
  • A&E services
  • Land use planning, zoning, and permitting
  • Lease and construction management
  • Manage and track required project documentation including:
  • Modifications, collocations, and tower construction documents
  • Leases, titles, permits, soil samples, and regulatory approvals
  • Forecast and update project dates using Project Management tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to meet project milestones

Required / Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of telecommunications or wireless project management
  • Experience with tower maintenance, permitting, or site acquisition preferred
  • Understanding of zoning, land use, and regulatory approval processes
  • Familiarity with asset management, property management, and tower infrastructure
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and tower/rooftop structural drawings
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
