Manage all N-M IRDO training requirements under minimal direction from the N-M IRDO lead and HR Director to ensure all employees meet Company and Government requirements before deployment to appropriate AOR - Coordinates with Hotel Vendor to ensure room availability managing invoices and ensuring all N-M IRDO expenses are properly reviewed and processed in a timely and compliant manner in accordance with the approved Scope of Work. Responsible for presenting to large groups of employees at the N-M IRDO - Manage a training program to ensure all candidates are in compliance with USG requirements prior to mobilization.
