Maintain a positive, solutions-focused, and productive attitude in support of plant goals for reliability, safety, integrity, quality, and overall performance. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assemble mechanical components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and other equipment. Utilize forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment to transport components within the facility. Perform mechanical troubleshooting to identify and address issues during assembly and ensure proper documentation of corrective actions. Collaborate with team members to solve production challenges and meet daily targets. Assist with basic maintenance tasks and support engineering or electrical teams when needed. Maintain accurate production records, including parts assembled and quantities completed. Complete other duties as assigned.
