Nesco Resource is hiring Manufacturing Associates to support the production of high-quality medical devices in a specialized manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine manufacturing tasks following standard procedures
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
• Handle small parts and maintain part traceability

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Dress Code:
Non-shedding, clean clothing required; strict guidelines apply to maintain a clean and safe production environment.
