Position: Packaging Machine Specialist II

Shift: Second Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

The Packaging Machine Specialist II plays a crucial role in the Packaging Department, focusing on:

• Setting up and operating packaging machinery.
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of production line equipment.
• Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues and failures.
• Assisting Packaging Assemblers and contributing to improvement projects.
• Managing bottle size changeovers and completing work orders.
• Documenting changeover activities and maintaining accurate records.
• Ordering replacement parts as needed.
• Training new Packaging Machine Specialists.

Qualifications:

Education: Associates Degree in a maintenance-related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant maintenance experience.

Experience: 2-3 years in industrial or electrical maintenance, with a preference for experience in a packaging operation. Proficiency in PLS applications is desirable.

Skills: Strong troubleshooting capabilities, knowledge of tools and packaging processes, ability to work in a team environment, basic computer skills, keen attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
