As a Retail Cash Associate at Home Depot, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include processing checkout and return transactions with speed, friendliness, and accuracy while ensuring a safe shopping environment for all customers.

Your proactive approach will involve gaining product and project knowledge, which enables you to provide valuable information and identify sales opportunities. Adherence to company policies and procedures is essential in minimizing shrinkage.

If you step into a Head Cashier role, you will have the opportunity to lead and support your cashier team by expediting price checks and approving transactions for various services, including Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental. You will be the first point of contact for customer issues and will actively assist in supervising, coaching, and training new and existing Front End Associates.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of cashier experience, showcasing your ability to engage effectively with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
