Job Details

This is a part-time position dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in our Deli Bakery. Your main goal will be to delight our customers by meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations. This role requires a combination of product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales proficiency, and strong customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to safety protocols.
• Unload stock and manage salvage products in compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo training and work collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers.

This position involves various physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds).
