Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker

Reports To: Outbound Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Classification: Full-time

About the Role: As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product orders are accurately picked and packed while adhering to safe lifting and stacking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow directions accurately and consistently while maintaining safety.
• Identify and receive product cases into inventory using various warehouse equipment.
• Manage stock rotation and efficiently handle shipping and loading/unloading of products.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Cherry Pickers, Forklifts, and Electric Floor Jacks, ensuring daily maintenance.
• Maintain computerized inventory control records for every product movement (receipts, shipments, transfers, etc.).
• Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, and label special transfer orders accurately.
• Stack cases in a specific sequence on delivery trucks for optimal organization.
• Remove cases from delivery trucks and return undelivered cases to inventory locations.
• Assist with physical inventories and conduct cycle counting when directed.
• Repack products for promotional programs as needed.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed.
• Work effectively with supervisors and peers to meet team goals.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of product arrangement and inventory management using RF scanners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working Monday through Friday, starting at 1:00 PM; end times may vary based on workload.
• Exhibit punctuality and dependability.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• OSHA Certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Capability to walk, stand, push, pull, and lift regularly.
