Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee daily operations and activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents throughout the building process.
• Collaborate with the estimating department for project hand-offs.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement of materials and equipment.
• Promote a growth mindset as both a team learner and leader.
• Commit to safety, quality, schedules, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct contract preparations, quality control, and cost tracking on-site.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, vendors, and the purchasing department for material accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the construction trade.
• Strong work ethic with multitasking abilities and focus.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong grasp of costs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in computer technology.
