Job Summary: As a Bud Light Brand Ambassador, you will create exciting experiences, boost brand awareness, and drive product sales through engaging events and promotions. You will be tasked with interacting with consumers and partners, grasping promotional techniques, and executing a variety of tasks ranging from brand promotion, product merchandising, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create buzz and positive impressions of the product by engaging consumers through product sampling and showcasing features.
  • Engage with consumers through product sampling to enhance brand recognition.
  • Communicate brand messaging effectively to consumers.
  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities across various departments and venues.
  • Complete scheduled shifts, typically lasting 3 hours or more.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication with customers and key accounts.
  • Set up and break down event displays and sampling areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of demonstration areas according to guidelines.
  • Provide insightful feedback to the Market Manager to enhance product sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, event marketing, brand promotion, or relevant fields.
  • Experience in adult beverage brands or promotional staffing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet weekly deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and professional demeanor with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting tools.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds continuously.
  • Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and twisting.
  • Work in dynamic environments such as bars, restaurants, hotels, stadiums, special events, and retail settings.
  • Navigate crowded spaces and perform extensive physical activities including standing and moving promotional materials.
