Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will help ensure every customer leaves satisfied, whether by providing assistance at checkout or handling payments and exchanges. While your primary duties will involve operating the register, you may also help in various other areas such as stocking shelves and maintaining a clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
Assist customers proactively in the self-checkout area.
Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
Manage cash register operations, including payments and exchanges.
Address customer inquiries.
Help maintain a clean and safe workstation.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
Capacity to stand and sit for extended periods.
Familiarity with computer use, including information input and access.
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs unassisted or over 15 lbs with assistance.
Compliance with any sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail and/or customer service roles.
Bilingual skills are a plus.

Travel Requirements
This position does not require regular travel; however, occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training, or support at nearby stores.
Working Conditions
Working conditions may vary by location, involving both indoor and outdoor environments. You may experience a range of weather conditions, including heat, cold, dampness, or wind. Additionally, you might encounter noise levels or the need to handle moving objects and equipment.
Follow safety guidelines for lifting, with a limit of single lifts up to 75 pounds. Team lifts are recommended for heavier items, starting at 75 pounds, or when necessary. Use powered equipment as instructed and with proper training.
