Key Responsibilities:

• Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and safely transport them to the on-site trash compactor, with no heavy lifting of bulk items or off-site driving required.
• Utilize our mobile application to log service details such as arrival and departure times, tracking, and non-compliance photographs.
• Engage in a physically active role that involves walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

What We Offer:

• Pay: Up to $18 per hour
• Schedule: Evening shifts, typically Friday through Sunday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM
• Part-Time: Approximately 10-12 hours per week
• Close-to-Home Assignments: We prioritize assigning you to a property near your residence

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation: Must possess an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
• Valid driver's license & auto insurance (you must be listed as a covered driver)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
• A smartphone with a data plan to use our mobile app

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
• Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
