You will leverage your industry experience to create detailed cost estimates that reflect local market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications, prepare quantity takeoffs, and price all project components.
• Lead and manage the overall bid and proposal process efficiently.
• Analyze construction documents across all trade disciplines and estimate overhead components.
• Utilize both historical and current market unit pricing to develop system unit pricing across multiple trades.
• Conduct macro-scale system trade-off comparisons (e.g., structural systems, mechanical systems, foundations).
• Perform rapid conceptual estimates with limited designs, adapting detail levels for stakeholder needs, using program square footage costs.
