Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and determined to succeed.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to attend ongoing training and professional development sessions.
